Return & Refund Policy

At our auto parts store, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or installed auto parts
• Electrical components once installed
• Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
